Every day, our staff deliver nurturing and consistent care to the youth and the families who need it most.
The COVID-19 crisis has been difficult for so many, and the entire world has changed in a blink of an eye. Optimist Youth Homes & Family Services is an essential service provider with foster youth currently living at our six residential facilities and with our agency’s foster families. We continue to provide mental health services to at-risk children and families who, with school closures and other community resources suspended, need us more now than ever. Our staff are working hard to continue the operations at our various residential sites by keeping our youth healthy, active, and mentally stimulated during this unprecedented time.
